Direct Care / House Parent – Springboard Home
Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. has a Direct Care/House Parent employment position open at our Springboard Home in the Tucson, AZ area. The individual selected will have a HS Diploma or equivalency, two years of experience working with minors (ministry experience is acceptable) with at least 6 months in a paid position, and minimum of one year of education leading to a degree in the field of child welfare or human services; combining into no less than 3.5 years experience.
The selected candidate must be able to pass the Criminal History Self-Disclosure Affidavit and have or be able to obtain the following:
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance
- Level 2 Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
Web Services Specialist – Corporate Office (Part-Time)*
Teen Challenge of Arizona has an opening for a Part-Time Web Services Specialist at our State Corporate Office and Training Center in Tucson. The person selected will assist Teen Challenge of Arizona with the coordination of all aspects of internet, website and social media related projects and strategies to maximize information distribution, public presence, and online marketing and donor relations.
Requirements: Mature Christian character, Proficient in computer and internet related technology, Experience in website design and management, Experience with WordPress, HTML and CSS (basic coding requirement), Basic SEO strategy and implementation, Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other graphic design programs, Computer networking experience preferred.
