Growing up I was a bad kid, my mom always worked so I was always in and out of schools for fighting. I would go to school just to disappear. When I was fourteen I started drinking 40’s and using meth and cocaine. I believe I used drugs because I didn’t have a father around, but when he was, he was abusive. He would blame me for his mistakes and his heroin addiction, which lead to a heroin addiction of my own. My anger and everyone around me was what God used to bring me to Teen Challenge. I’m here to better myself and get right with the Lord and for Him to change my heart. I hope to put my past behind me and lay down my anger and hurt to become a better man.
