Edward W.

When I was growing up, my life was unstable. I knew both my parents. My father was an alcoholic but financially supportive or present at all times. My addiction began when I was about nineteen years old in 2000. I was trying to live in a false identity, instead of being the person Christ wants me to be. I was recently homeless, not really getting anything out of life, no satisfaction. Life felt futile. The Lord put a former student, now staff member, in my path. I hope to be back in right standing with my creator, and to believe and live in Him.
