Growing up, I was raised by my mother. She did her best to raise me, but my father was in and out of the picture.  I played sports, which helped me keep my head on straight through school. At 17, after my older brother passed, I began drinking. It became a bad habit before I realized it. I realized that I was lost and trying to fix myself wasn’t working! I needed God and was led to Teen Challenge to build a relationship with Jesus and learn to follow Him. It is my desire to gain the wisdom of the Bible and apply it to my life to have a better future.
