My life growing up was not the best. I grew up experiencing a lot of pain and trauma. At age 19 I moved here to Arizona and everyone who I was associated with did meth. I soon became more curious about the drug and became addicted myself. As I started my addiction to meth I felt on top of the world because it numbed my pain. In late May of 2023 I found out that I was pregnant and I immediately stopped using and got clean. What brought me here to Teen Challenge was wanting something better for myself and my kids. While in this program I hope to become more spiritual, be a better mom and person, and to get whatever it is I can from this program.
