Income/Office Assistant – State Corporate Office and Training Center
Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. has a Full-Time Income/Office Assistant position
open at the State Corporate Office and Training Center in Tucson, Arizona. The
Income/Office Assistant position assists the Income Specialist and supports the
Business Administration Department as well as provides support for the staff and
leadership team at the State Corporate Office and Training Center. Candidates will
assist with data entry, daily mail and package delivery runs, and other tasks
needed in the Business Administration Department.

Direct Care / House Parent – Springboard Home
Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. will have a Full-Time Direct Care House Parent position open at our Springboard Home in the Tucson, AZ area. The individual selected will have a HS Diploma or equivalency, as well as 3.5 years of experience working with minors (ministry experience is acceptable) this should include at least 6 months in a paid position and may also include volunteer experience as well. Applicants should show one year in higher education leading to a degree in the field of child welfare or human services field.
The selected candidate must be able to pass the Criminal History Self-Disclosure Affidavit and have or be able to obtain the following:
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance through AZ DPS
- Level 2 Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training
- CPR/First Aid Certificate

Lead Teacher Position – The Home of Hope
The Home of Hope for Women and Children is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Teacher to join our Christian Childcare Center. The ideal candidate must hold a Fingerprint Clearance Card, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Negative TB Test. A minimum of six months of experience in a licensed Childcare is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and actively engage with children in all areas of our program, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- Design and develop daily curriculum content that caters to the developmental needs of children in our care.
- Assist and guide other teachers and assistant teachers in daily activities and program implementation.
- Familiarize and align program practices with Quality First, DHS, and CACFP expectations.
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging environment that facilitates positive experiences for children throughout the day.

Center Director – The Home of Hope
Teen Challenge of Arizona is currently seeking a competent and seasoned leader to assume the pivotal position of Center Director for the Home of Hope, situated in Casa Grande, AZ. The Home of Hope hosts a comprehensive 12-15 month residential recovery and discipleship program, tailored for women and mothers with children. As Center Director, the incumbent will manage all facets of this transformative ministry, encompassing staff advancement, program administration, fundraising initiatives, public events and presentations, and the supervision of a state-licensed childcare center.
Since its establishment in 2003, the Home of Hope has cultivated an esteemed reputation locally in Casa Grande, statewide in Arizona, and nationally across the broader Teen Challenge network. It serves as one of five residential centers within the Teen Challenge of Arizona’s suite of ministries.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within a women-focused setting, and preferably related to addiction recovery.
- Must possess a valid fingerprint clearance card.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Sociology, Counseling, or Business is advantageous, though substantial professional experience may be considered as a viable alternative.
- Ministerial credentials are regarded favorably.
- Previous experience in childcare is beneficial.
- Applicants should be mature Christians with demonstrable leadership abilities.
