Direct Care / House Parent – Springboard Home
Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. will have a Full-Time Direct Care House Parent position open at our Springboard Home in the Tucson, AZ area. The individual selected will have a HS Diploma or equivalency, as well as 3.5 years of experience working with minors (ministry experience is acceptable) this should include at least 6 months in a paid position and may also include volunteer experience as well. Applicants should show one year in higher education leading to a degree in the field of child welfare or human services field.
The selected candidate must be able to pass the Criminal History Self-Disclosure Affidavit and have or be able to obtain the following:
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance through AZ DPS
- Level 2 Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
- Direct Care / House Parent – Job Description
- Must Be 21 Years Old

Public Relations Assistant – State Corporate Office and Training Center
Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. — Now Hiring a Full-Time Public Relations Assistant
We’re looking for a Public Relations Assistant to join our team at the State Corporate Office and Training Center in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time role supports the Public Relations Director in organizing and executing Teen Challenge of Arizona’s Statewide Events, as well as handling various tasks within the Public Relations Department.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and executing statewide events
- Support social media efforts and other public relations initiatives
- Help with general office duties and communications
- Travel to events across the state
Helpful Skills (not required, but a big plus):
- Event planning and coordination
- Photography
- Graphic design
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Professional, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Willing and able to travel statewide for events
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills with experience using:
- Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Photoshop or similar imaging software
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
- Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed, based on the event schedule

State Music Director – State Corporate Office and Training Center
Teen Challenge of Arizona is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of State Music Director.
The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare music and lead a choir composed of Teen Challenge students from across Arizona. The choir, an integral part of the discipleship program, performs at events and gatherings throughout the year.
This important position requires availability during evenings and weekends, including travel. The State Music Director is part of the Teen Challenge of Arizona Lead Staff team. The role includes opportunities for personal development in the area of music, health and dental benefits, and the chance to respond to God’s calling within an excellent Christian working environment.
Gifted and experienced musicians who have a heart to serve alongside an exceptional team of ministers are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- A B.A. in music, business management, or administration is desired (or equivalent)
- Proficient musician – keyboards and/or guitar preferred
- Experience in music ministry – worship team and/or choir leadership
- Proficient vocal ability; able to teach harmony parts
- Must exhibit compassion for individuals in need of recovery and discipleship
- Strong Christian testimony and history of victorious Christian living
- Must qualify for a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass the Arizona MVD background check
