Growing up I was the middle of 8 children in a very violent household and my father was the root of the abuse. My addiction to drugs and alcohol started at the age of twenty-eight.  At first it was fun, but I was quickly deceived into thinking that it could mask the emotional pain I was experiencing. After an attempt on my life, I called out to the Lord and He saved me. I’m here at Teen Challenge to become a new creation and learn how to control my emotions and be free from anger.
