Direct Care / House Parent – Springboard Home
Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. will have a Full-Time Direct Care House Parent position open at our Springboard Home in the Tucson, AZ area. The individual selected will have a HS Diploma or equivalency, as well as 3.5 years of experience working with minors (ministry experience is acceptable) this should include at least 6 months in a paid position and may also include volunteer experience as well. Applicants should show one year in higher education leading to a degree in the field of child welfare or human services field.
The selected candidate must be able to pass the Criminal History Self-Disclosure Affidavit and have or be able to obtain the following:
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance through AZ DPS
- Level 2 Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
- Direct Care / House Parent – Job Description
- Must Be 21 Years Old

Public Relations Assistant – State Corporate Office and Training Center
Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. has a Full-Time Public Relations Assistant
position open at the State Corporate Office and Training Center in Tucson,
Arizona. The Public Relations Assistant position supports the Public Relations
Director by assisting with all phases of executing the Teen Challenge of Arizona
Statewide Events along with supporting all other aspects of the Public
Relations Department. Candidates will assist with the implementation of
events and social media along with various office tasks. Experience in planning
& coordinating events, photography, and graphic design experience helpful.
Ideal candidates will Professional, highly organized, detail orientated, and
ability to multi-task. Travel is required throughout the state for Statewide
Events.
Requirements for the position include:
Excellent office skills, including intimate knowledge of computers and
the following Microsoft software programs: Publisher, PowerPoint,
Excel, Word, Imaging/Photoshop, and Outlook.
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
Valid Arizona Driver’s License and acceptable driving record along with
reliable transportation.
This position requires statewide travel and participation at All Statewide
Events and may require participation at Local Center Events.
This position will require evening and weekend hours based upon the
Event Schedule.
