Teen Challenge of Arizona is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to
support our Executive Director. The assistant will need to prepare meeting
reports, packets, and announcements. Help coordinate monthly, and quarterly
meetings, mailings, and grants.
Must be skilled in and understand general office duties, Microsoft Office, Basic
Media and Design Software. Qualified candidates need to have a heart for the
mission of Teen Challenge and honor confidentiality.
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must be a mature Christian and
demonstrate a good example of victorious Christian living. Must have a valid AZ
Driver’s License.

Direct Care / House Parent – Springboard Home
Teen Challenge of Arizona, Inc. will have a Full-Time Direct Care House Parent position open at our Springboard Home in the Tucson, AZ area. The individual selected will have a HS Diploma or equivalency, as well as 3.5 years of experience working with minors (ministry experience is acceptable) this should include at least 6 months in a paid position and may also include volunteer experience as well. Applicants should show one year in higher education leading to a degree in the field of child welfare or human services field.
The selected candidate must be able to pass the Criminal History Self-Disclosure Affidavit and have or be able to obtain the following:
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance through AZ DPS
- Level 2 Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
- Direct Care / House Parent – Job Description
- Must Be 21 Years Old

Lead Teacher Position – The Home of Hope
The Home of Hope for Women and Children is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Teacher to join our Christian Childcare Center. The ideal candidate must hold a Fingerprint Clearance Card, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Negative TB Test. A minimum of six months of experience in a licensed Childcare is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and actively engage with children in all areas of our program, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- Design and develop daily curriculum content that caters to the developmental needs of children in our care.
- Assist and guide other teachers and assistant teachers in daily activities and program implementation.
- Familiarize and align program practices with Quality First, DHS, and CACFP expectations.
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging environment that facilitates positive experiences for children throughout the day.
- Effectively communicate with parents about their child’s daily routines and development.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of six months experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Negative TB Test.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both children and parents.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for engaging effectively with children and parents.
