From what I can remember, growing up I had a pretty normal childhood. I grew up in a pretty big family and my parents were good examples of the type of love and marriage I wanted for myself. I started drinking and doing drugs socially in middle school and I didn’t see it as a big problem at the time. After I had my son in 2015, I started smoking heroin and meth with my boyfriend. After a while our addictions ended up tearing our relationship apart. In October of 2023 I was arrested and I came to realize that I could no longer out run the Lord. He has been calling me to Him for years now and at first, I thought that I had my life under control but I was clearly mistaken. I’m hoping to complete this program and by doing so I would like to build my relationship back up with my family and son.
